You are in control of your AgroMind AI account and personal data. This page explains exactly how to delete your account, what data is removed, and what is retained.
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, farm data, AI history, and all associated information will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.
Launch the app on your Android or iOS device and sign in to your account.
Tap your Profile icon in the bottom navigation, then tap Settings.
Scroll to the Account section within Settings.
Select Delete Account & Data. You will be asked to confirm your identity and review what will be deleted.
Type DELETE when prompted and tap Confirm. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Send an email to support@agromind-ai.com using the email address registered to your AgroMind AI account.
Write: Account Deletion Request as the subject.
Your full name, registered email address, and whether you want full account deletion or only specific data removed.
Our team will verify your identity and send a confirmation email. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.
Click below to open a pre-filled email to our support team. Your request will be handled within 30 days.

Changed your mind? You may cancel your deletion request at any time within the 7-day deactivation window by signing back in or emailing us at support@agromind-ai.com. After 7 days, deletion is irreversible.

In the app go to My Farms → select a farm → tap the ⋮ menu → Delete Farm.
Go to AI Advisor → tap the ⋮ menu → Clear Conversation History.
Before deleting, email support@agromind-ai.com with subject Data Export Request to receive a copy of all your data.
